Asian Pacific Heritage

Well, today is the day. I'm going to be so busy cooking!

I volunteered to make bam-i for the Asian Pacific Heritage Month celebration. For those of you who are unfamiliar with it, bam-i is pancit. The big difference is, you use both canton and bihon noodles. I will be serving it at the celebration also.

It's a lot of work to make like 15 bags of canton and 15 bags of bihon, but it's very yummy. I think eveyone will like it. Hubby and all his friends love it.

Hubby will be taking Jasmine to ballet today while I work at the celebration.

I'll tell you all about it later today. I'll even let you know how hubby did at Jasmine's ballet.

Ciao!
